SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURNS : Only undamaged merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the original shipping date. We will only accept merchandise that is still in new condition. Returned merchandise will be refunded with store credit in the amount of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We will only pay shipping costs if an error was made on our part.
EXCHANGES : Merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 30 days from the original shipping date. All merchandise returned must be in new condition, for no exceptions will be made. Customer agrees to pay any costs exceeding the original purchase total. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If package is lost or stolen we will help you track your order as best as we can.
